Privacy Policy
Effective: April 7, 2026 · Last updated: April 7, 2026
Our Apps do not collect or track personal data during normal use.
Somee Lab ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our applications handle your information, including limited cases outside app usage such as email inquiries and infrastructure processing.
1. Purposes of Processing
We process personal data only where necessary to:
- Respond to email inquiries and support requests
- Comply with legal obligations and handle disputes
- Operate, secure, and deliver our website
- Statistical analysis for service improvement and new feature development (after de-identification)
2. Legal Basis for Processing
- No in-app collection: no personal data is processed.
- Email inquiries: legitimate interest (you voluntarily initiate contact).
- Website request data: legitimate interest (essential for delivery and security).
3. Categories of Data We Process
- No in-app collection. Our Apps do not collect, store, or transmit personal data during normal use. No analytics or advertising trackers are built into the Apps. App preferences and settings remain on your device.
- Email inquiries. If you contact us at [email protected], we may receive your email address, signature details, message content, and attachments.
- Website request data. When you visit our website, request metadata such as IP address, access time, requested URL, and browser or device information may be processed by our hosting and security infrastructure.
4. Retention
- We do not retain in-app personal data because we do not collect it.
- Email correspondence is retained for up to 3 years, then deleted. Where a longer retention period is required by applicable law, we may retain the data for the period prescribed by such law.
- Website request data is not maintained by us as a separate customer database and may be retained by infrastructure providers under their own policies.
- Local storage settings remain on your device until you clear them.
5. Third-Party Processing, International Processing, and External Services
- We do not outsource in-app personal data processing because our Apps do not collect personal data during normal use.
- Our Apps are distributed through the App Store. Apple may process purchase, installation, diagnostic, or crash-related data as an independent controller under Apple's own terms and privacy policy.
- Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and related security
infrastructure. The following data is transferred internationally:
- Recipient: Cloudflare, Inc.
- Country: United States
- Data: IP address, access time, requested URL, browser/device information, and other request metadata
- Purpose: website delivery, security (DDoS protection, WAF), and performance optimization
- Retention: per Cloudflare's log retention policy
Please review Apple's Privacy Policy and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for more details.
6. Security Measures
We take reasonable measures to protect limited personal data we process, including access restriction, encrypted transmission, and deletion once the data is no longer needed.
7. Cookies and Local Storage
Our website does not use cookies for advertising or behavioral tracking. For user convenience, we may use browser local storage keys (`theme`, `locale`) to remember UI settings. This information remains on your device.
8. Your Rights
